Ramona Girley, PMHNP-BC
Ramona Girley is the Founder & CEO of MindfulHealth LLC and RG MindfulHealth 4 OUR Youth. She is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) which she practices at her own practice, MindfulHealth LLC where she currently sees children and adults in an outpatient clinic setting. Ramona has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for more than 25 years. Also, she is the author of the "Greater Than My Mood" book series.
Ramona is passionate about spreading her message to help individuals and raise awareness for her companies. She does public speaking for special events, conferences, and podcasts. And taps into her entrepreneurial spirit with RG Treasures 4 U where she sells beautiful beaded jewelry that she makes.
Ramona is a native of Little Rock, AR. She holds an MSN from the University of Southern Mississippi (USM) and is a veteran who served six years of active duty as a registered nurse in the United States Air Force.
She is a wife, a mother of four and four grandchildren, and enjoys reading and singing. Her passion is the youth with a focus on mental health. She believes that if the youth understand what good mental health is at an earlier age, they will become positive productive adults within the community.
RG MindfulHealth 4 OUR Youth
Here we help students gain the skills and confidence needed to assume responsibility for their own future. Because our youths are at a vulnerable period in their lives, a mentor can be the highlight of a youth’s day. Ages 12-18 are an excellent time for mentors to contribute to a student's life by helping guide them during this transitional period into becoming adults. Mentoring is also an effective tool for shaping organizational culture and closing engagement and generational gaps.
RG Treasures 4 U
This is a fundraiser project for my nonprofit organization and other business ventures. It also helps me fuel my inner entrepreneurial spirit while providing customers with high-quality and beautiful beaded jewelry.
